Where is my data stored?
Your data is stored locally on your device. iCloud sync and AI features only transfer data when you enable them.

How can I delete my data?
In the app under Settings → Delete All Data.

How do I cancel my subscription?
Via iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions.

The app shows incorrect nutrition values.
You can tap any entry and correct the values manually. If you experience issues with AI recognition, let us know — we're continuously improving it.

The AI doesn't recognize my food correctly.
AI recognition provides estimates that may not always be accurate. Check the suggestions and adjust them if needed. Good lighting and a clear photo help improve results.

What's the difference between Plus and Pro?
Both subscriptions offer AI features like photo recognition, product comparison and the personal coach. Plus includes 30 photo analyses per month, Pro is unlimited. You can see the exact prices in the app under Settings.

My data doesn't appear on my other device.
Make sure iCloud is enabled for NaehrWert on both devices (iOS Settings → your name → iCloud). Syncing may take a few minutes.

Does the app work on iPad?
Yes, NaehrWert runs on both iPhone and iPad.
