Where is my data stored?
Your food diary and profile data are stored on your device and, if you choose, synced through iCloud. Online features process the data they need.

How can I delete my data?
Use Advanced → Delete All App Data to delete local app data and your online Friends profile. Meals already accepted by others, Apple Health data, and iCloud data may need to be deleted separately. This does not cancel subscriptions. Further deletion information is in the privacy policy.

How do I cancel my subscription?
Via iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions.

The app shows incorrect nutrition values.
You can tap any entry and correct the values manually. If you experience issues with AI recognition, let us know. We're continuously improving it.

The AI doesn't recognize my food correctly.
AI recognition provides estimates that may not always be accurate. Check the suggestions and adjust them if needed. Good lighting and a clear photo help improve results.

What's the difference between Plus and Pro?
Both subscriptions offer AI features like photo recognition, product comparison and the personal coach. Plus includes 30 photo analyses per month, Pro is unlimited. You can see the exact prices in the app under Settings.

My data doesn't appear on my other device.
Make sure iCloud is enabled for NutriTally on both devices (iOS Settings → your name → iCloud). Syncing may take a few minutes.

Does the app work on iPad?
Yes, NutriTally runs on both iPhone and iPad.
